For free version users, you can enjoy the screen mirroring function for limited time. For full version users, you can have all the privileges including controlling phone screen with keyboard and mouse, removing watermark, live streaming to other platforms, and recording screen with extremely high quality and without time limit.

For the first time you connect your Android or iOS phone to MirrorDisp, you need to make sure they are under the same WiFi and use a USB cable. After that, you can easily connect devices to program by simply connecting to the same WiFi network.Don't forget to enable USB debugging on Android and trust computer on iPhone.

You need to change some settings on your computer:

1. Turn off Windows Defender Firewall from System and Security.

2. Check [Wootechy MirrorDisp] and [Bonjour Service] from "Allow apps to communicate through Windows Defender Firewall".

Please check your device compatibility first. If you are using a desktop, also check if it has Bluetooth function or not. If it still doesn't work, follow the steps below:

1. Remove Bluetooth pairing from both your iPhone and computer.

2. Restart MirrorDisp, and when the Bluetooth pairing windows shows on the program, search for the two Bluetooth with the same name on your iPhone, which should be the computer's Bluetooth name also. Then manually connect them.

3. If there's no two Bluetooth with same name, disable Bluetooth and reenable it again.

4. If it still doesn't work, restart both your phone and computer, and try it again. Or use a third-party connection assistance tool like Lightblue.

If you are an Android user, you need to install a mobile terminal. But we'll help your phone automatically install it, and the program will note you when it is successfully installed.

The program supports with USB cable connection for all users, and additional WiFi connection for iOS users.

1. Try with another USB cable and ports on the computer.

2. Make sure to make your Android phone enter Developer mode and turn on USB dubugging. And make sure you tap Trust on iPhone.

3. Check whether USB transport functions as charging only or file transport. Hiawei should be changed to (MTP).

After connecting your Android to computer with a USB cable, you will get a notification showing "USB file transfer turned on". Tap on it and it will lead you to USB configuration settings, and you can choose "Transferring files", "Transferring images" or other options. Also you can directly search USB configuration or USB preference in Android Settings app.

There are two possible cases. One is that your phone has been set not allow installation from unknown sources. Another is that you may need to ensure and click install on your phone, as some Android devices have restrictions from operating system.

You can go to its official support center website depends on your phone brand. Usually you can download the correct driver after entering your device details in product info section.
