8. How do I install the correct driver for my Android phone?
Download the correct driver from the official website of your phone's brand, then install it on your computer. Samsung, for example:
Step 1. Go to the official Samsung site https://www.samsung.com/us/support/.
Step 2. Select "Mobile" and then find your device model. Click on it.
Step 3. Click on Manuals and Downloads, then choose the specific model.
Step 4. You will find the Software option; click the DOWNLOAD button.

9. Why does this software require me to download the customized WhatsApp? Is it safe?

10. How do I update the customized WhatsApp to the official one?
Make sure that the data in the customized WhatsApp is what you want to keep. We recommend using WhatsMover to back up the WhatsApp data on your Android device first to avoid data loss. Then follow the steps below:
Step 1. Open WhatsApp Settings > Chats > Chat backup to back up WhatsApp to the phone's local storage.
Step 2. If a backup screen pops up, turn off auto backup to Google Drive and then click BACK UP. If it finishes smoothly, check the date of your last backup.
Step 3. Uninstall the customized WhatsApp from your device, then go to Google Play and download the official WhatsApp application. Before login, go to Settings> Permission and turn on Storage, otherwise your local backup won't be recognized.
Step 4. Log in to WhatsApp, and restore the local backup you have created to the official WhatsApp.

Step 1. Open Settings > About phone, find your build number/MIUI version and tap it continuously for 7 times.
Step 2. Then go back to Settings > turn on Developer options > scroll down down to enable USB debugging and Install via USB options.

12. How to change USB configuration to MTP or PTP?
Way 1: Connect your device to the computer using the original USB cable. A notification will appear on the screen and you can see USB computer connection options. Choose MTP or PTP from the list.
Way 2: Open Settings > Storage. Touch the Action Overflow icon and choose USB Computer Connection, then choose either MTP or PTP.
